Shipping & Returns
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders (FREE SHIPPING) United States and Canada. Most of our products are delivered via a freight carrier directly from the manufacturer or our distribution centers, and you can expect your item within 2-7 days with the majority of products delivered between 1-5 days. All vanities are delivered residential curbside with lift gate.
We strive to make the delivery process as quick and seamless as possible with streamlined communication with our manufacturing partners and fulfillment providers. Here is our exact process:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and received your payment. The moment we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers and confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will submit the order for shipment. In the event your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email or proceed with refund.
ORDER SHIPMENT & TRACKING
Once your order is confirmed to be in stock, it will ship within 2 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to fix the issue and have your decor on the way to you as soon as possible.
FREIGHT ORDER DELIVERY
For products delivered via freight (nearly all vanities), the freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours in advance to schedule an appointment to deliver the items to you. Please arrange to be available to receive the package and please be sure to fully inspect your package and products immediately upon arrival before signing for the package.
*Your signature at the time of receipt indicates that the product and packaging have arrived without damage and you have received all boxes for your order. Before signing, please be absolutely sure that you have received all boxes (the number of boxes is noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) receipt) and that the product and boxes are not damaged.
We work with experienced and reputable freight carriers, but these items can be fragile, so if you notice any damage to the packaging or the product that could have occurred while in transit, please follow these steps:
-Do not sign for delivery.
-On all delivery receipts, provide a detailed description of visible damage to the product or the packaging. This description should be on both the driver’s copy of the receipt as well as your copy.
-If there is visible damage to the packaging and you are not sure if the product itself is damaged then please note the visible packaging damage on the receipt. Be as detailed as possible.
What is Curbside Delivery Service?
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
- Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
- The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
- Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
- Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
- A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery.
Product Quality Guarantee
We pride ourselves on making very happy customers, and we will absolutely ensure that if you ever receive a damaged item from shipping and handling and you follow the Shipping & Returns steps for noting the damage upon receipt, you will be fully refunded or immediately sent a replacement part.
We offer Warranty Service for Critical Shipments.
If you received your product and you’ve decided you would like to return the items because of preference reasons, please notify us within five (5) business days from the day of delivery to contact us and request a return. All returns must be in new and non-installed condition with original packaging. If you purchased your items in a set, you will need to return the full set (i.e. vanity and top/sink). You will have to cover the return shipping cost as well as the 20% restocking fee*. All shipping charges are not-refundable.
*We always flexible with our customers but for items returned that have to be repacked by our staff, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you use when placing your order.
Returns or Exchanges Due Product Defects
If you discover a product defect with your new item and you’d like a replacement part or to return the full set, please notify us within two (2) business days of receiving the product and we will process the return or request for a replacement part with the manufacturer. Please note that all defective items must be returned in the original packaging.
In addition, all of our products are covered by limited warranties of the subsequent manufacturers and provide limited coverage of defective parts. If you have a defective part and would like a replacement, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to help put you in touch with the manufacturer.
Please note that our return policy and manufacturer-provided warranties on products do not extend to any plumbing or components damaged due to improper installation by any individual or third-party dealer.
*For this reason, we highly recommend to our customers that you hire an experienced plumber to properly install your bathroom vanity and related accessories.
If you just placed your order and we didn’t ship your products yet, please contact us immediately.
If your order has shipped, you will have to refuse the package and the carrier will send it back to us. You will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. The item must be shipped back in the original packaging and in excellent condition. *We recommend insuring the package to ensure the return shipment arrives in perfect condition.
The manufacturer will inspect the returned items to ensure it is still in excellent condition and in original packaging, and once approved, we’ll proceed with refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you use when placing your order.

USBathroomStore.com feels strongly that the products you purchase should be free of defects and built to last. We offer 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
The following restrictions apply:
. Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the warranted item.
. It may be necessary to present a copy of the original purchase invoice for validation.
. Warranty does not protect against malfunction or other failure caused by abuse, neglect or misuse including, but not limited to, repair by persons not authorized by USBathroomStore.com, improper handling or maintenance, improper installation, modifications of any kind including painting or use for purposes other than intended or in locations subject to conditions not intended for the product(s).
. Normal wear and tear is not covered, including scratched or chipped counters.
. USBathroomStore.com recommends that installation be performed by a professional, though this is not required under the terms of the warranty. Any damage caused by improper installation or handling is the responsibility of the purchaser. Compliance with all state and local codes is required.
. This warranty specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental, accidental or consequential damages.
. Warranty claims must be accompanied by a detailed description of the issue and sufficient photographic evidence that we may evaluate properly.
. Local building code compliance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with local code regulations before purchasing.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, written or oral. No employee, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of USBathroomStore.com. The customer’s legal rights are limited to those stated specifically in this warranty statement.
With proof of purchase, USBathroomStore.com, at our discretion, will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty time period. The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal and re-installation of the product in the case of a repair.
